Special Education Needs in the Regular Classroom: Supporting students with autism spectrum disorder was developed by the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario to support ETFO members in their work with students in special education, specifically students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The intent is to provide curated and relevant information, numerous access points, and guiding questions that prompt reflection and support implementation of pedagogy that ultimately supports all learners.
